Selling With Mike Aon

Mike was absolutely amazing. I was nervous about listing our condo for a variety of reasons. First, I had already re-located and am now living over 2,000 miles away from prior home in California. So, any transaction would have to be done long distance. Also, my husband is active duty military and currently deployed. So, I would be calling the all the shots and we would have to use our Power of Attorney to execute the sale. Despite the distance, I trusted Mike 100% from beginning to end. He was always available to answer any of my questions and he gave me his honest opinion on how to maximize the value of our property. I believe our condo was only listed for approximately one day before receiving numerous offers. Mike worked with the buyer's agent and we closed at asking price.
